Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Your order is incomplete.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging included.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Change of mind.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you need sizing advice, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. However, if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
